March thru December, one Saturday of each month Horse Sense is featuring a FREE mini-experiential at the farm with the horses. Come spend time with us connecting with yourself and the natural world. Bring a lunch for after the tour and enjoy it in our Pavillion and walk our Labyrinth as well!

HORSE SENSE EQUINE INTENSIVE

3-day Equine Intensive at the Horse Sense Farm

Are you working as an Equine Specialist (ES) and long for more clarity and connection around the important role you have in therapy or learning sessions? Are you taking steps towards becoming an ES and want some reliable information to help guide your path? If you answered yes to either of these questions, then this intensive workshop is designed for you!!

“If you plan on being an Equine Specialist, you need to take this course.”

• Fundamental roles and responsibilities of the Equine Specialist (ES) in EAP and EAL sessions
• Skills and experience levels/organizational standards
• Role of the ES both in and out of session
• Activity design & facilitation skills
• Common challenges for any ES
• Horsenality, predator/prey, heirarchy of needs
• “Ideal” EAP/EAL horse? “Inappropriate” horses?

You can receive a full refund If we receive notification of registration cancellation 30 days prior to this event.  If you need to cancel within 30 days of the event, we will offer you credit for the cost of registration towards another workshop or service.
